About the Program: Achieving excellence requires maximizing people’s potential at all levels in an organization. This session describes the key factors that determine individual and team performance and their impact on business results.

About the Speaker:Michael Caceci enjoys a diverse, successful corporate and entrepreneurial career. He is a 28-year veteran of Xerox Corporation and currently a Xerox Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Mike also owns Excellerated Performance, LLC a professional development and consulting firm whose purpose is to help people and organizations build habits of excellence for accelerated results. Mike is experienced in sales, management, marketing, business operations, strategic business planning, quality and lean six sigma. Mike holds a BA in psychology and an MBA in marketing management. Mike has served as a Senior Reviewer and Judge for the Empire State Advantage program. He is currently on the board of the Small Business Council of Rochester. He is a member of the Greater Rochester Quality Council and the Rochester Professional Consulting Network.
