The Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Program is now in its 21st year. It has had a profound impact on the competitiveness of American business, and its award criteria have become the world class template for leading and improving an organization. In recent years it has been expanded to the education, healthcare, government and not-for-profit sectors. Come and join us to learn:

The presentation will also include a video commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Baldrige Award and a history of its evolution.

George Hansen is a retired Director and Vice President of Corporate Quality at Eastman Kodak and is currently Executive Director of Empire State Advantage, the New York State program based on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. He has served five terms as a Baldrige Examiner and Senior Examiner.

Kathy Grimes is Director of Senior Living Operations and Director of Service Excellence at Thompson Health. She has just completed her sixth term as a Baldrige Examiner, including 2 as a Senior Examiner.
