Directions to Unity:


Take Route 390 north. Exit at Ridgeway Avenue (Exit 23) and turn left; turn right onto Long Pond Road. The Unity Park Ridge Campus is on the left. Enter at the second entrance – “Unity Park Ridge Health Care Campus – North Entrance”. Go straight past the Stop sign. Free parking is available. Enter under the “Hospital Entrance” sign. Once inside the hospital, go past the Information Desk, past the Gift Shop, and turn right at the Interfaith Chapel/Education Center sign. The Education Center is at the end of the hallway.

About the Forum
Improvements in Surgical Services
The Healthcare Sector of the Greater Rochester Quality Council has hosted a number of sharing sessions in the past, mainly focusing on Emergency Room and Long Term Care processes. Now we will focus on another area – Surgery.
Many hospitals have been driving process improvements in their Surgery Departments. This forum will highlight a variety of local improvements, including safety, quality and process flow.
