He has 10 years experience as a Lean Six Sigma practitioner with Paychex and the Eastman Kodak company. Tom has received training in the Toyota Production System methods from Shingijutsu Associates, and obtained his LSS Black Belt certification from the Center for Quality and Applied Statistics at RIT. Sarah Topham is a LSS Black Belt and has been at Paychex for over 12 years. She is currently a Program Analyst responsible for both product analysis within Product Management and facilitating CPI initiatives throughout the organization. Sarah is instrumental in the development of Paychex LSS Green Belt candidates as a coach and mentor.
