Building a Career in Quality - January 28th 2010 The Program If you are currently a quality professional (lean/ six-sigma blackbelt, customer satisfaction manager, process manager, quality director, quality engineer, quality systems analyst, statistician, etc.) or seeking a career or a career change in quality, this program is for you! It will help you to improve performance in your current role or to plan a career move into or out of a quality role, even into a different industry or economic sector.
