GRQC Lean Six Sigma Consortium November Event

Please join us for a program that highlights change fundamental for Quality Professional. You will hear a panel of Executive Leaders who have led change initiatives along with the process used and the results achieved. To facilitate the discussion, you will be asked to complete an anonymous survey prior to attending the seminar which assesses participants’ aptitude to lead change. You will leave with practical strategies and your personal kaizen to effect change.

The Presenter

Dr. Malar Hirudayaraj, Assistant Professor at RIT. She is a popular lecturer and well-respected researcher and organizational coach, specializing in the complexities of change. During this interactive seminar, Dr. Hirudayaraj will apprise you of the latest research and practical developments in the field of change management, and engage you in a discussion of how best to apply best practices to your own organizations.
