We are group of people intentionally organized to accomplish an overall, common goal.

The Greater Rochester Quality Council began in the early 1990's and was based on implimenting Deming principles into the area busineess and organizations.


GRQC has accomplished more for the local community than any other quality organization in New York State.

GRQC is an organization of organizations and individuals dedicated to continuous quality improvements

GRQC's membership comprises of five sectors: Business, Education, Government, Healthcare and Not for Profit

GRQC is and affilliate of the Rochester Business Alliance, the region's Chamber of Commerce

GRQC has partnered with the Empire State Advantage (ESA) on formalized Quality Systems
