How we do it

Each month, GRQC sponsors membership events on various topics for sectors ranging from Government, Health Care, Manufacturing, Service, Not-For-Profit to Education.

The membership events vary in format, some are formal presentations to discussion groups; all focusing on some aspect of Quality and Business Process improvement.

GRQC has developed an alliance with Empire State Advantage (ESA) the statewide organization and program modeled after the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Several GRQC Board members also serve on the ESA board and steering committees.
