A nonprofit organization is formed for the purpose of serving a public or mutual benefit other than the pursuit or accumulation of profits for owners or investors.
To promote strategies that empower not-for-profit organizations in building commitment to and capability in continuous quality improvement (based on Lean Six Sigma). We connect not-for-profit organizations with community resources to help them deliver on their mission and ultimately increase their impact.
All not-for-profit organizations serving the Greater Rochester community will be competent in continuous improvement (CI) and will use this competence to deliver efficient, effective services.
Not-for-Profit organizations include 501c3 and religious or faith-based organizations that provide services or programs in the areas of human services, arts and culture. The geographical area served aligns with the catchment area of GRQC.
