To enable and assist Not-for-profit organizations in building commitment to and capability in continuous quality improvement (based on Lean Six Sigma). All not-for-profit organizations serving the Greater Rochester community will be competent in continuous improvement (CI) and will use this competence to deliver efficient, effective services.
Not-for-Profit organizations include 501c3 and religious or faith-based organizations that provide services or programs in the areas of human services, arts and culture. The geographical area served aligns with the catchment area of GRQC.
