Quality for Leaders: The Role of Leadership in Process Improvement and Change Management

Session 1:  May 14-15, 2020 (FULL)

Session 2:  May 21-22, 2020

A two-session pilot webinar brought to you by GRQC, MCC and RIT

The Program

The initial class is full.   To accommodate high Executive demand,  we are happy to announce a new session.  We are still under NY Pause, so we are offering another special free opportunity for Executives, Executive Directors, CEOs and Vice Presidents.  We are piloting two selected modules from our acclaimed Quality for Leaders training remotely.  On May 21, 2020 from 10 am -12 noon, Terry Callanan will present The Role of Leadership in Process Improvement, and on May 22, 2020 from 10 am-12 noon, Margi Ochs will present The Role of the Executive in Change Management.  Executives should plan to attend both sessions. Your feedback on these pilot sessions will help us structure future remote offerings.  Prework and access information will be sent to all participants the week of May 18.

We plan to offer the full Quality for Leaders curriculum in October, 2020, either remotely or in-person (depending on when we can invite you safely to a classroom).
