Eleven Organizations Honored at the Greater Rochester Quality Council 2023 Performance Excellence Award

Greater Rochester Quality Council (GRQC), an affiliate of the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, today announced the winners of the 2023 Performance Excellence Awards. Eleven organizations submitted a total of 18 award applications in three GRQC Award categories: Organizational Excellence, Customer Experience and Team Excellence. The award presentation was highlighted by the announcement of three winners of the George K. Hansen Platinum award, which indicates a level of excellence so extraordinary that it is normally awarded only every few years.

The 2023 Customer Experience Award recipients are:
