Partners in Performance Excellence (PiPEx) supports organizations across New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island in their journeys to become more effective, competitive and sustainable using the proven Baldrige Framework for Performance Excellence. PiPEx administers the rigorous application and performance assessment process and provides applicants with an extensive written feedback report on their strengths and opportunities to improve to the next stage of excellence. It also offers organizations prestigious recognition of high achievement with Platinum, Gold and Silver awards. GRQC Board Member, Bill Self, is the Executive Director for PiPEx.

ROC the Future is a collaborative community-wide initiative dedicated to ensuring that all children receive the opportunities and support they need—from birth to career—to succeed in school and throughout life. ROC the Future is part of the nationally recognized STRIVE framework dedicated to building strong civic infrastructure that supports improvement in student outcomes through collective impact.


The Finger Lakes Hub of the Empire State STEM Learning Network is a catalyst for collaboration among business, education, community organizations, government entities and passionate individuals leveraging diverse resources together to advance the interdisciplinary teaching and learning of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) disciplines for sustained economic vitality in our nine-county Finger Lakes Region. We sponsor high-quality teacher professional learning, an annual conference, and our website, EmpireSTEM-FL.org, featuring resources for teachers, parents and students, The STEM Blog and a community calendar.
