Quality for Leaders is GRQC’s acclaimed two-day professional development program focusing on performance improvement principles and tools. Topics such as Lean, Six Sigma, Voice of the Customer and Change Management are covered in detail, with descriptions of how each is providing leading organizations in all sectors with a competitive advantage by helping to improve the organization’s key processes, from strategic planning to day to day operations.
