2024 Day of Quality Celebration

Modeled after United Way's "Day of Caring", the GRQC "Day of Quality" involves local quality experts spending an entire day on-site, working hand-in-hand alongside the staff of non-profits to help them solve a work process problem of their own choosing.

This year, six area non-profits participated in the Day of Quality.  At the annual celebration event, four of them will share details of their improvement projects: problems addressed, tools used, improvements achieved, and next steps.   What a wonderful opportunity to learn from the experiences of others in the not-for-profit community!  Please register to join us for this live event or to receive the Zoom recording.
