About the Event

We are living in a time of significant change and disruption in our workplaces, an environment ripe to experience a profound and notable time of transformation for our organizations and teams.  The principles of authentic leadership, employee engagement, corporate culture and higher purpose are more important than ever now.  Leaders must attract, inspire and retain the right people to enable their teams to thrive in a world of volatility, uncertainty, rapid change and ambiguity.

Now is the time to engage our teams to pull together toward common goals and mutual purposes, to build momentum and focus instead of staying stuck in the noise outside of their control.  We must develop leaders at all levels of the organization.  This is how we start to engage and build accountability, adaptability and resilience in the individuals on our teams.

How we as leaders show up truly matters during this crucial time. The individuals on your teams watch you every day to get cues on how they should show up in the organization. Knowing this is key to building a resilient and conscious culture with esprit de corps.

In this interactive session we will explore:

·       The business case for authentic leadership and dynamic cultures

·       Simple questions we can ask to build confidence, self-reflection and critical thinking in our teams and enhance our listening skills

·       A few straightforward tools under the umbrella of a practical leadership model to enable successful results

Join GRQC and our presenter Cheryl Adas on June 25, and walk away with practical insights to bring out the best in you and the individuals in your teams and organizations -  insights that you can begin using right away for an effective, productive and efficient workplace.

Note:  Through Monroe Community College, Cheryl teaches an eight-week workshop “Developing the Conscious Leader and Conscious Culture” that covers the material in this webinar and much more.  In this course, students will learn how to build accountability, adaptability and resilience in the individuals on their teams.  The course will be offered again this fall; for more information click here.
