About the Program

Gaining buy-in within an organization big or small can be challenging.  When it comes to Quality Initiatives, gaining buy-in is a key component of making any initiative successful.   Whether you are an individual contributor or a senior leader this program will present examples you can apply in your organization .  Come hear from two local experts about successful techniques and approaches they have used to ensure buy-in and long-term success in implementing Quality Initiatives.

About the Panelists

Trish Mooney is the President of Lifetime Benefit Solutions. Trish is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems. She received her master’s degree in Business Administration from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri. Trish is a certified Project Management Professional and Lean practitioner.

Terry Callanan is the owner of WalkOn Consulting, LLC.  Terry has 35 plus years of experience driving process improvements at Kodak, Carestream and in the Greater Rochester community. Terry has a Ph.D. and M.S. in Statistics from Iowa State University, a B.S. In Statistics (with a biology concentration) from Colorado State University, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Kodak.
