The Greater Rochester Quality Council promotes performance excellence in businesses and organizations in all sectors. Michael is President of Excellerated Performance, LLC, a consulting and professional development services firm located in Pittsford, NY. Services include strategic planning, business/executive coaching, professional training and development in sales, management, leadership, customer loyalty, and lean six sigma project management.
