GRQC Holiday Taste-and-Learn Event at Sager Beer Works

Program Description:

Come join us at Sager Beer Works to toast in the holiday season and learn more about beer brewing! The program will include an overview of the beer making process, a description of various brews made by Sager including a tasting of each, and a description of how Sager has incorporated Lean Manufacturing principles into their processes.

• Cost: $15, includes beer tasting and presentation on application of Lean Manufacturing principles at Sager

Speaker

Paul Guarracini is Partner and Brewmaster at Sager. Prior to "going pro", Paul was a homebrewer for many years while working at Eastman Kodak. There he learned much of Lean Thinking and has applied it at Sager Beer Works.
