About the Event
During the recent 2024 ASQ ROC Annual Conference, the energy during the panel discussion regarding Harnessing the Power of Collaboration was amazing!!! The message in the room was "loud and clear" that by embracing the power of collaboration, performance excellence professionals can achieve greater efficiency, breakthrough innovations, and long-term success in their respective fields.
We welcome and encourage you to attend an informal 60 minute Q&A session with Carrie Carl regarding the power of collaboration and GRQC that she and the Villa of Hope have experienced as a beneficiary of and "giver" to GRQC. The Villa of Hope has twice been a beneficiary of the Day of Quality - an experience that left every team member with a "productive and positive experience", building a stronger team.
Carrie Carl, LCSW-R, is the President & CEO at Villa of Hope – a nonprofit, community-based provider of behavioral health services in Rochester, NY (villaofhope.org). As a 28-year team member at the Villa, Carrie started in direct care, moved into clinical leadership, and then developed a passion and skill set for strategy, data, and project management. She achieved her Lean Six Sigma green belt in 2018. Carrie is a longtime fan of the Greater Rochester Quality Council, as well as a Board member of GRQC for the past two years.
