Two-part webinar

About the Event

Abstract:  We make decisions all the time.  Some as casual as deciding whether to agree or disagree that it doesn’t snow in Rochester like it used to!  Others of more significance.  In Part 1 of this two-part webinar series, we demonstrated the benefits of "statistical thinking" in decision making, and how its absence can lead you to making poor decisions.  In Part 2, we will review the principles of "statistical thinking" with everyday examples and provide you with a simple tool and template that you can use in the workplace to make data-driven decisions (the tool is called a "control chart").   Whether you were able to attend Part 1 or not, this webinar is for you.  Come learn how to make data-driven decisions and walk away with a simple tool you can use.

PresenterTerry Callanan, GRQC Board member, and Owner, WalkOn Consulting

Note: This is Part 2 of a two-part webinar.  Part 1 is on January 27 at 8:30 am.  You can benefit from attending either of them standalone, but we recommend that you attend both if possible. Click here for details and registration for Part 1.
