About the Event

In response to strong Executive demand, we are happy to announce an additional date for our popular training pilot.  We are still under NY Pause, so we are offering another special free opportunity for Executives, Executive Directors, CEOs and Vice Presidents.  We will pilot two selected modules from our acclaimed Quality for Leaders training via webinar.  On May 21, 2020 from 10 am -12 noon, Terry Callanan will present The Role of Leadership in Process Improvement, and on May 22, 2020 from 10 am-12 noon, Margi Ochs will present The Role of the Executive in Change Management.  Executives should plan to attend both sessions. Your feedback on these pilot sessions will help us structure future remote offerings.  Prework and access information will be sent to all participants the week of May 18.

We plan to offer the full QFL curriculum in October, 2020, either remotely or in-person (depending on when we can invite you safely to a classroom).

Register is appreciated and required (click below).  Feel free to email Cassidy Franklin at cassidy.franklin@greaterrochesterchamber.com with any questions.

We are limiting the class to 20 participants to facilitate discussion and learning.  If registration exceeds 20 people, we will schedule additional sessions to meet demand.  If you cannot attend the May 21-22 sessions, please email Cassidy so that we can capture contact information and alert you when additional sessions are scheduled.
