Through a management and leadership lens, the discussion will examine real-world change initiatives implemented at Saunders College of Business, and the strategies leaders can use to build resilient, future-ready organizations. The session will offer theoretical and practical insights for professionals committed to continuous improvement and organizational excellence.
About our speakers
Jacqueline R. Mozrall, Ph.D.
Dr. Jacqueline Mozrall serves as the Dean of the Saunders College of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology, a role she has held since 2014. She has led the college through significant strategic transformation, strengthening its position at the intersection of business and technology. Under her leadership, Saunders has expanded its STEM‑based graduate portfolio, advanced expertise in business analytics and supply chain management, and deepened experiential learning through corporate partnerships and state‑of‑the‑art facilities (College Building Expansion). Her background includes decades of academic leadership at RIT, including roles as Associate Dean in the Kate Gleason College of Engineering and Department Head in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Dr. Mozrall’s career reflects a sustained commitment to organizational innovation, cross‑disciplinary collaboration, and preparing students for a technology‑driven future.
Molly McGowan, Ph.D.
Dr. Molly McGowan is a Senior Lecturer in the Management Department at Saunders College of Business and Co‑Director of Executive Education and the EMBA program. With more than 25 years of experience studying, teaching, and practicing leadership development, she specializes in managerial skills, team development, human resource management, and leadership education. Dr. McGowan founded the Leadership Academy at Saunders and created the Step Forward Leadership Program for high‑potential women leaders at RIT. Her work emphasizes the people side of organizational change—leadership capability, communication, culture, and the development of soft skills essential for navigating complex, tech‑driven workplaces. Her academic background includes an MPA from SUNY Brockport and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University.
