About the Event
A baseball game is a competitive event, and winning depends on skills, preparation, and often the luck of the bounce. But long-term organizational success is not a matter of luck. It is a matter of leadership, including business planning, people development, and investment. The Rochester Red Wings are the oldest continuously operating minor league sports franchise in North America. Come hear about the principles and processes used by the Red Wings to assure continued, long-term success.
