Software Excellence & Agile Development
Time & Location
About the Event
Performance Excellence Forum
Since 2001 Agile Software Development has been in use and values:
- Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
- Working software over comprehensive documentation
- Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
- Responding to change over following a plan
If you are a novice or an expert in software development, this presentation will hope to enlighten you on what Agile Development is or is not, as well as give you some insight from Agile implementations in various teams and roles. Hear about successes and failures and the continuous improvement and evolution of Agile methods.
Any business leader in a company with information technology/computer science needs to understand the critical points of Agile Methodology and the impact it has on schedule and delivery. This presentation will help you identify areas of strengths and weaknesses in your strategy and where you can help your company achieve the above software values and contribute to your company’s success.
Dusty Gutowski, Sr. Regulatory Affairs Manager at Carestream, Inc.
Dusty has 31 years in the Computer Software industry including assignments with Computer Sciences Raytheon Cape Canaveral, Kodak Professional Division, and Software Quality Manager for Carestream’s X-ray Division.
