From intrusive to helpful—new models of engagement across the customer journey
Engaging customers is more complicated than ever before. The U.S. population has nearly unfettered access to information across a litany of devices, and more ways than ever to ignore more traditional, intrusive messages. This is largely driven by a perception that most brands don’t operate with integrity. How can organizations do a better job of being less intrusive and more helpful?
The first step in becoming more helpful is to better understand the customer experience by mapping their decision journey.
Told from the perspective of an advertising agency veteran, this event is for any organization seeking ways to better connect with their customers through an improved experience. Attendees will leave with ideas and frameworks that will help them better understand potential areas for improvement across the customer journey.
The conversation will feature Mike DiCaprio, Director of Communications Planning, Truth Collective who works to understand consumer behaviors and motivations, and how marketers can best align with them.
