About the Program

Join our free Zoom webinar to hear rapid-fire style insights from healthcare leaders across the community, including the Finger Lakes PPS, Rochester Regional Health, UR Medicine, and others.

This virtual event will bring value to all sectors, not just healthcare. All organizations have seen health disparities with lack of equity and have needed to make critical decisions to address them.

Our panelists will focus on identifying social determinants of health and how they have followed up to address them.

All will gain much from the information provided at this impactful and thoughtful virtual event.
