Panelists
Eileen Brooks currently works at St. John’s Health Care Corporation as a Talent Acquisition Specialist where she leads Talent Acquisition and Compensation for Nursing. Her prior experience includes 20 years of progressive recruitment at Kodak, most recently as Leader of Ph.D. and Scientific Recruiting and she has held positions at Kodak in financial operations and project planning analysis. Eileen holds a BS degree in Organizational Management.
Shaunta Collier-Rankin is a Certified Diversity & Inclusion Specialist and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Coordinated Care Services, Inc. and is the Chairperson of the Wellness Committee of the Council of Agency Executives’ Nonprofit Benefit Exchange Consortium. Shaunta is experienced in building and leading HR teams while driving full-cycle HR strategy, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, training and retention. She has earned an Associate’s in Theology, First Zion Bible College & Seminary affiliated with Christ Theological Seminary and a Management Certificate from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Dorothy Johnson is a people-focused recruiter with over 15 years of success in recruiting and hiring in healthcare, corporate, defense, and consulting environments. Her current role is Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for MKS Instruments Power Solutions’ Engineering here in Rochester, where she continues her passion for learning about people and helping them find the next steps in their careers. She holds a BS degree in Business from SUNY Buffalo.
