About our speakers
Michael Caceci has 40+ years of combined business, academic and entrepreneurial experience. As the founder and owner of Excellerated Performance LLC Mike has helped over seventy organizations across greater Rochester achieve better results through a range of customized professional development and business consulting services. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, B2B sales and sales management, marketing management, business operations, leadership development, and lean six sigma process improvement. Mike is also a Lecturer of Marketing at the RIT Saunders College of Business.
Mike is a past Board Chair of Greater Rochester Quality Council, a member of the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, and proud Rochester Rotarian. He holds a BA in psychology and an MBA in marketing management. He was trained and certified as a Xerox Lean Six Sigma Black Belt during a 30+ year career at the company.
Anurag Khare serves as the Head of Data & Analytics at UCB, a leading bio-pharmaceutical company specializing in neurology, immunology, and rare diseases. Anurag has been at the forefront of driving Data & AI initiatives within the Healthcare and Life Science sector for numerous years. He is passionate in leveraging these cutting-edge technologies to address the most significant challenges in healthcare- cost management, affordability, health equity, patient experience, and tackling healthcare professional burnout. Prior to his current role, Anurag dedicated a decade to Optum, a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group, further enriching his expertise in the industry. He completed his undergraduate studies at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and earned his master's degree from the University of Georgia.
