Encore Cool Tools: Exploring Continuous Improvement Tools

With any project — home improvement, automobile repair, even exercising and working out — you need the right tools to do the job right.  The same is true for process and organizational improvement!  We all need proven tools to understand the current state, explore solutions and improvements, and design and implement a desired future state.

The Performance Excellence Network — in partnership with the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence and the Iowa Quality Center and in cooperation with the Greater Rochester NY Quality Council — is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, July 10: “Encore Cool Tools: Exploring Continuous Improvement Tools.”

We will explore several contemporary Continuous Improvement (CI) tools, introduced by a speaker who will share what the tool is, how their organization uses it, and successes they’ve experienced.  After all tools are introduced, we will head to self-selected breakout discussions, where webinar participants can share best practices, tips, and other insights in using those specific tools.  Tools and speakers TBA.

This will be a unique, highly interactive discussion, in which everyone shares and everyone learns!
