About the Event
In today’s fast paced environment, there are too many professional conversations taking place that are not intentional about getting better or are not focused on leadership development. But, as we wind down the year and look to next year, there are ways to address this issue and improve our leadership in 2025.
The Performance Excellence Network — in partnership with the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence and the Iowa Quality Center and in cooperation with the Greater Rochester NY Quality Council — is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, December 12: “Improving Leadership in 2025: Exploring Two Coaching Tools.” The discussion will be facilitated by Ted Neitzke, CEO and Agency Administrator of CESA 6, a non-profit, member-driven cooperative educational service agency serving 39 school districts in central Wisconsin.
Ted will share two coaching tools that support our ability to have conversations with those that we serve. One tool is focused on organizing the issues that we face, and the other tool is focused on having intentional, effective problem solving coaching conversations with our team. Ted will share a great exercise for getting to the heart of employee engagement and continuous improvement, helping us improve our leadership effectiveness in 2025 — so let’s end the cycle of talk and move towards a culture of courage and action!
