Keynote speaker: Darlene Ryan is the Chief Performance Officer at Hillside. She has an MBA from the Simon School,

University of Rochester and has many years of experience as an Industrial Engineer and Quality

Professional in manufacturing, health care, and not-for-profit sectors. She is a Lean Six Sigma Master

Black Belt and has served on the GRQC Board and on numerous GRQC teams and initiatives. In her free
